You can go to your programs list under Start >Control Panel >>Add/Remove Programs Then search for the Belkin Program and remove it. If that doesn't work, try going to your device manager by right-clicking "My Computer" then click "Manage". That shows you all the devices currently install on your computer. You can then right-click on the belkin device after clicking the "+" symbol next to "Network Adapters" After you right click, it will bring up a menu. On that menu is "uninstall". Then, run a line OUT from your wireless router, to your desktop. Run the cd that came with your wireless router on both your desktop and laptop. That should be all you need to do to get both pc's connected. It generally will work even without the cd installed.
